TATTOO 34
The Only Indigenous & Black Owned Tattoo Shop in Portland, Oregon.
Tattoo 34 is a proud, BIPOC-owned, women-owned, family business. Being Indigenous is a huge part of who they are and how Nisha and Toby run their tattoo shop. Nisha Supahan is Karuk from the villages of Vúpamm, Ka’tim’îin, and Ameekyáaraam, Indigenous to the place now called California. She is enrolled in the Karuk Tribe and was raised on the Hoopa Reservation and surrounding areas, on her ancestral land with her Tribal people. Toby Linwood is Native American, First Nations, and Black. He is a member of the West Bank Okanagan in Canada.
Tattoo 34 is a tattoo shop that believes in the power of community, connection, and change. The tattoo shop continues to stand for that and finds ways to incorporate the values of Nisha and Toby as Indigenous people, into their business. Owning their own location is another way to ensure they can live their values.
Tattoo 34 is the first and only, Oregon State certified tattoo shop as Minority Business Enterprise’ and a ‘Women Business Enterprise’.
