• One entry per person

• Individuals must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry to enter

• Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia

• Alaska Airline ticket vouchers must be ticketed before the applicable expiration date and are valid only for the route authorized on the Travel Authorization Form. The materials also contain restrictions involving eligible Alaska Air Group flights, codeshare partners, baggage fees, travel taxes, rewards points, paid upgrades, changes after ticketing, resale or barter, and the process for making the reservation.

• The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received

• Travel should allow approximately two weeks between making the reservation and the actual flight.

• Winner will be chosen at random from all entries.

• Privacy Policy: Information submitted in connection with the sweepstakes will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, communicate with entrants as reasonably necessary, and fulfill the prize. Information will be handled in accordance with the applicable privacy policy.

  • Vouchers need to be ticketed prior to their expiration date.

  • Not valid on codeshare partners.

  • Alaska Airlines / Hawaiian Airlines are not responsible if the certificate is lost or stolen.

  • Completed vouchers must be mailed and received by Alaska Airlines for travel to be valid.

  • Vouchers are subject to additional terms and conditions on the applicable TravelAuthorization Form.

• Terms and conditions Vouchers are valid for flights served by Alaska Air Group (operated by Alaska Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines, Horizon Air, or SkyWest Airlines flights operated for Alaska Air Group) for the route authorized. Not valid for flights on codeshare partners. Travel is subject to Alaska Airlines’ Contract of Carriage and applicable policies. Atmos Rewards™ points cannot be earned or credited. • Allow two (2) weeks from the time of reservation and your flight. To make your reservation, call the Alaska Airlines Commercial Desk at 1-888-327-2755. Inform the reservations agent that you have a Travel Authorization Form.

• When you have confirmed your flight(s), ask the agent for your confirmation code. Complete the bottom portion of the voucher and mail the entire letter to:
